viviendas sociales puede ser significativamente mejorado con la incorporaci\u00f3n de estrategias arquitect\u00f3nicas de adecuaci\u00f3n clim\u00e1tica, sistemas y t\u00e9cnicas constructivas apropiadas y con el uso de recursos energ\u00e9ticos renovables. La producci\u00f3n de vivienda social en nuestra provincia se ha realizado hasta el presente con poca consideraci\u00f3n de t\u00e9cnicas adecuadas de habitabilidad higrot\u00e9rmica y racionalidad energ\u00e9tica.
